The girl who served me had her hair down, no name tag, no smile, looked somewhere else when she asked questions for my food, even threw my food at the check out as if I am there for a free food. The guy who contacted me after I submitted a complain form said he is going to get back to me the next week. well.. it's been three weeks already. no follow up. I had been going there so many times. The other crew are just so friendly and nice. Just can't believe what she was like.
